This is the first video of my online Excel course: Master Excel Keyboard Shortcuts & Mouse-Free Navigation. We learn how to use Excel using 100% keyboard shortcuts in the course, rapidly boosting our speed.

In this tutorial we will first learn how to navigate around & highlight around cells and blocks of data using excel keyboard shortcuts. Each function utilizes the CTRL key, in combinations with the arrow keys, SHIFT key, and Page Up / Page down.

These keyboard shortcuts for highlighting around spreadsheets will become second nature as you practice them, and will quickly become much faster than using the mouse.

This tutorial should give you a strong start to learning to navigate Excel without the mouse.
