Hey guys!! Today I swapped my favorite Trader Joes items with Carrie Rad! We tested trader joes groceries which are some of our favorite foods after we went shopping together at Trader Joes and hauled a bunch of heathy food. I love doing healthy hauls and food hauls from Trader Joes! Trader Joes is one of my favorite places to shop for food, it's easy, healthy, fast, fun and convenient...

If you're a fan of whole foods, sprouts or other health food stores, you will probably like this video and trader joes... Trader joes also carries a lot of yummy junk food that isn't so healthy for you... like specialty items from around the country... but they also have a ton of healthy options.

Today we got, Bebela, pesto with quinoa, Mediterranean white bean hummus with orgeano ,fresh cold pressed green veggie juice, whole grain pita chips , truffle almonds, dried sea weed , strawberry liquorice from darrell lea , japanese strawberry mochi and salsa especial!
