For quite awhile my Dad has wanted to convert an oil bath air cleaner to accept a newer style air filter. The oil bath we used is from a 1948 Ford F-1 truck, which still has a flathead V8. It current had an aftermarket intake with 60's style ford 2 barrel carburetor. We decided to go ahead and put the stock style intake and carb back on, so we went ahead and finally converted the oil bath to the newer style filters. In the video I show the basic steps we took to make it happen. I also believe this could be duplicated on many different types of oil bath air cleaners with the same result.
