Bruce Mitchell is as wise as he is entertaining. Chef Nathan Lippy and Cj Frazier got to spend a little time in the swamp with Bruce where he shared some of his Bayou Brilliance and sage wisdom. We loved hearing his stories so much we made a short film out of it. The film actually won "BEST FILM" at the NYC FOOD FILM FESTIVAL 2019. We hope you enjoy this film as much as we do and take some life lessons from the Alligator Man.
