Resipi
Bahan dikisar/digiling:
10 -15 biji bawang merah(kisar)
5 ulas bawang putih(kisar)
3 ketul kunyit hidup
1 inci halia
10 – 15 biji cili kering
1 sudu besar biji ketumbar
½ sudu besar jintan manis
1/2 sudu besar jintan putih
1/2 sudu besar biji lada hitam
1/2 sudu kecil halba
1 inci / 1/2 sudu besar belacan vegan (bakar)

Bahan lain:
1 biji tomato(potong wedges)
Bendi secukupnya
5-6 helai daun limau purut
5-6 keping ikan vegetarian (potong dan goreng)
3/4 cawan minyak masak
1 cawan jus asam jawa
Garam secukup rasa
2-3 cawan air (untuk kuah)
Serbuk perasa (pilihan)

Cara memasak:
1 Sediakan kuali letak sedikit minyak dan goreng ikan vegetarian sehingga warna kekuningan. Angkat dan ketepikan.
2 Sediakan periuk, masukkan ¾ cawan minyak dan biarkan ia panas. Kemudian, masukkan bahan yang dikisar/digiling tadi. Tumis sehingga naik bau dan pecah minyak
3 Lepas pecah minyak, masukkan air asam jawa, sedikit air gula dan garam secukupnya. Kacau sebati dan biarkan ia mendidih lagi.
4 Masukkan tomato, ikan vegetarian yang telah digoreng tadi, daun limau purut dan bendi. Kacau sebati. biarkan ia reneh seketika.
5 Adjust rasa dan sedia untuk dihidang.

Ingredients: 2-4 pax

Recipe
Ground ingredients:
10 -15 onions (minced)
5 cloves garlic (minced)
3 small size fresh turmeric
1 inch ginger
10-15 dried chilies
1 tbsp coriander seeds
½ tbsp cumin seed
1/2 tbsp fennel seed
1/2 tbsp black pepper
1/2 tsp fenugreek
1 inch / 1/2 tbsp vegan belacan (baked)

Other ingredients:
1 tomato (cut wedges)
Okra as needed
5-6 pcs kaffir lime leaves
5-6 sliced vegetarian fish (cut and fried)
3/4 cup cooking oil
1 cup tamarind juice
Salt as needed
2-3 cup water (for gravy)
Seasoning powder (optional)

Cooking method:
1 Prepare a pan, put a little oil, and fry the vegetarian fish until it turns yellowish. Remove and set aside.
2 Prepare a pot, add ¾ cup of oil and let it heat up. Then, add the ground ingredients. Sauté until fragrant and the oil breaks
3 After that, add tamarind juice, a little sugar water and enough salt. Stir well and let it boil again.
4 Add tomatoes, vegetarian fish that has been fried earlier, kaffir lime leaves and okra. Stir well. Let it simmer for a while.
5 Adjust taste and ready to serve
