METHOD
1. Heat 1 tbl ghee in a pan.
2. Add 1 and ½ cup makhana (optional) and roast for a few mins.
3. In the same pan roast 1 cup almonds for 3-4 mins.
4. Roast 1 cup peanuts for 3-4 mins.
5. Roast 1 cup flax seeds for 3-4 mins.
6. Grind all the ingredients in a mixer and combine them in a utensil.
7. Add elaichi-jaiphal powder (7 elaichi) and melted ghee.
8. Add 1 cup jaggery powder and mix well.
9. Add ½ cup melted ghee and form the mixture into a laddoo.( add more melted ghee in batches if the laddoo is not holding its shape)
