Tip of the day #2, how to prevent the thread from jumping out of the take up lever

In this video, I will show you how to change the way you thread your take up lever, so that the thread will not jump out of it. Basically, I am having you reverse the direction that you thread the lever what this will do is cross the thread below the take up flower making it harder for the thread to work its way out. This really works.

This information came out of a conversation I had with someone working at a Sewing Machine store. You will not find this in a sewing machine manual. The only other place. I know that this is on the web is on another video. I did a few years back talking about threading a Sewing Machine.
