👉 Be Specific: Provide an exact figure instead of a range. Research industry standards, talk to recruiters, and use resources like Glassdoor to back your request.
👉 Highlight Your Worth: Refer back to your CV and interview examples to emphasise the value you bring to the table.
👉 Timing is Key: Ask on a Wednesday. Midweek is when people are most receptive and want to wrap things up by Friday.
