油酥:100克低筋面粉,50克猪油
水油皮:140克中筋面粉,40克猪油,12克糖,65克水
馅料:
100克SMOKES BECON ENDS (如果没有,可以用培根或西式火腿代替),40克青葱,盐糖各1/4小匙,1/4小匙白胡椒粉,
其他材料:1个鸡蛋,半杯白芝麻
