Pimenta Cambucci Chilli Test

Pimenta Cambuci is Capsicum  Baccatum originating from Brazil. It looks similar to the Bishop Crown. It has big thick pods with an apple like crunch really light and crisp flavour. Excellent for salads, stuffing or on cheese. There is a touch of heat, but minimal and it’s concentrated in the placenta. All round a great looking chilli and  an awesome producer. This is a chilli everyone can handle.
