Adjuncts used in the second keg:
30 oz. toasted coconut
10 oz. raw coconut
5 tahitian and 2 madagascar vanilla beans split and cut into pieces.
as well as 2 additional whole tahitian beans.
3 oz. cacao nibs
aged for 12 days before transferring to a fresh keg.

all kegs and barrel were purged as best as possible throughout the process.
