50 inch Hisense Smart TV, no picture, no power, no standby light. Full TV Repair.

We have a Hisense model 50du6070 that wont come on at all with no standby lght at the bottom of the television. The TV is totally dead. We will do a step by step troubleshooting and repair method that should be used on all Televisions with no standby light and a no power fault.
First we have to Identify if the Dead TV problem is being caused by the Main board of the power supply board.
So we will check for any kind of standby voltage on the power supply board to determine if its the main board or power supply board.
If no standby voltage appears and the power board is at fault then we have to determine the what the components are that are driving the main switching Transformer for the switch mode power supply board.
