On Friday, 8/9/2024, my family and I had a very negative experience with Turo, the rental car company. The rented car was driven for less than 100 miles before one of the tires shredded. I had the car towed to another city, where a Discount Tire confirmed that all four tires were unsafe for the road. The car host is charging my family for the tire and damage to the car, but we were rented a faulty car that with pre-existing and imminent damage that could not be prevented. What do you think?
