Abhishek, Amrutha and Madumathi go out to have breakfast instead of having it at home. Urmila gets worried when she finds out about it. Varsha lies to Madumathi and turns her against Amrutha. Abhishek tells Amrutha that he is in charge of a new project. Urmila decides to strike back.

The story walks through the happenings in Desai family. It is a traditional business family, headed by strict and stubborn Urmila Devi. Varsha and Amrutha, the two daughter in laws of Desai family, differs in personality. Amrutha is a lovable, innocent girl, who is the favorite daughter in law of Urmila, while Varsha is very selfish and rude. Arjun, Amrutha’s husband behaves like he has no love towards her. However, there is love and care inside the heart of Arjun, which is yet to come out in the open.
