Unusual Bites and Lantern-Lit Nights in Ninh Binh 🇻🇳

Описание к видео Unusual Bites and Lantern-Lit Nights in Ninh Binh 🇻🇳

Arriving in Ninh Binh, I am amazed by how the place is lit up at night with lanterns. The intricate carvings inside Tháp Tứ Ân, a Buddhist pagoda, add to the charm of the area.

That night, I happen to find a restaurant that serves Cơm Cháy (burned rice), the number one dish here in Ninh Binh.

The next day, I take a scooter out to explore the numerous temples, ancient buildings, and culinary delights.

My first stop is Tràng An Ancient Temple, where I enjoy a boat ride through a river cave before exploring the temple set into the mountainside.

For lunch, I order sautéed mountain goat with curry powder.

After lunch, I visit Hoa Lư, the ancient capital. While exploring, I make friends with Lilly, who wants to practice her English skills and ends up singing a song for me.

After a rest, I head into town for dinner and try the third Ninh Binh specialty: Ốc Núi Hấp Sả (steamed mountain snails with lemongrass).
