‘Kerr County Dopesick Blues’ // Benjamin Tod plays The Hill Country Devil

This is a song I start playing every time I pick up a guitar. It was written by my good friend Hayden Karchmer also known as The Hill Country Devil and it is a feat of songwriting. In my humble or not so humble opinion it is one of the greatest songs ever written and in any other world would be known as such.

It is a true blue authentically captured capsule of a beaten and broken addict. I can tell you from experience this man has lived every line of this song often time with me in unison to experience the paralysis of self inflicted sorrow.
