Hey guys, todays video is a very special one.
It's the first of many Motivation & Mindset videos that I will be creating on this channel from now on! In this video I speak about the common struggle people have with comparing themselves to others and diminishing they're own progress and results by looking at some else's.

It's really easy to fall into this trap nowadays... especially with everything on social media that will lie to you or give you unrealistic expectations for yourself. The only person you ever need to compare yourself to, is who you were yesterday. If you are improving in that sense, then you are on the right track and you should be proud of yourself.
