Ford had a problem in 1928. His dealers were growing frustrated with assembly line delays that kept showrooms empty and dealers scrambling to make ends meet. in an effort to help dealers Ford Films put together this 30-minute film to show how to maximize profits in servicing Model T's.

Follow along with the story of fictional Pennsylvania Ford Dealer Walter Sparks as he daydreams about the beginning of his dealership and how he changes his way to turn his flailing business around.

A Model A is dedicated to the history of the Model A Ford using historical images and videos as well as modern resources.
