Amtrak Trains in Virginia and Washington D.C! (HD)

Описание к видео Amtrak Trains in Virginia and Washington D.C! (HD)

Amtrak’s Northeast Corridor is Amtrak’s Busiest Line and biggest source of passenger revenue… With most trains terminating and beginning their route in Washington D.C’s Union Station, some of Amtrak’s Northeast Regional and Long Distance trains continue their journeys south with all of these trains that continue off of Amtrak’s Northeast Corridor making their way through Virginia at some point.. These trains cannot continue with their original electric engines that they used on the Northeast Corridor… so Amtrak Swaps the Engine’s for a P42DC, P40DC, and now ALC-42 locomotives to continue on non electrified lines… In this video you can see all of Amtrak Trains that run on the Northeast Corridor (With the Exception of the Auto Train) South of Washington D.C’s Union Station! I hope you enjoy the hornshows and sounds of diesel locomotives in the state of Virginia and A few In Washington D.C at L’Enfant Plaza

Unfortunately some of these clips do not feature the use of a tripod and maybe shaky :( Apologies for that.
