wa-byaw-mo haw daq-dom ḥa-šo dī-leh ma‛-bed ḥa-ye
nsab llaḥ-mo bī-daw qa-dī-šo-to
wba-reḫ wqa-deš
waq-ṣo wyab ltal-mī-daw ka-do-mar
sa-ba-ḫūl me-neh kūl-ḫūn
ho-no de-nī-taw faġ-ro dīl
daḥ-lo-fay-kūn waḥ-lof sa-gī-ye
met-qṣe wme-tī-heb
lḥū-so-yo dḥaw-be
wal-ḥa-ye dal-‛o-lam ‛ol-mīn
a-mīn

ho-ḫa-no ‛al ko-so dam-zīġ wo
men ḥam-ro wmen ma-yo
ba-reḫ wqa-deš
wyab ltal-mī-daw ka-do-mar
sa-beš-taw me-neh kūl-ḫūn
ho-no de-nī-taw dmo dīl
ddī-ya-tī-qī ḥda-to
daḥ-lo-fay-kūn waḥ-lof sa-gī-ye
me-te-šed wme-tī-heb
lḥū-so-yo dḥaw-be
wal-ḥa-ye dal-‛o-lam ‛o-lmīn
a-mīn

And on the day before his life-giving passion
He took the bread into his holy hands
He blessed, sanctified
broke and gave it to his disciples saying:
Take and eat of it all of you
this is my body
which is broken and given for you and for many
for the forgiveness of sins
and for eternal life

In like manner, over the chalice of wine
mixed with water
He blessed, sanctified
and gave it to his disciples saying:
Take and drink from it all of you
this is my blood
the blood of the new covenant
which is shed and given for you and for many
for the forgiveness of sins
and for eternal life
