Ingredients (makes 8)
•120ml whole milk (warm)
•1/2 packet of instant yeast (approx 4g)
•1 tbsp sugar
•1 egg
•30g unsalted butter (room temperature)
•1/2 tsp salt
•195g white bread flour
•a little melted butter for brushing at the end (optional)

*Bake at bottom shelf at 175 degrees C for approximately 10mins or until the top is golden brown
