Purdue UPSETS #3 Michigan State | 2021 College Football

Purdue pulled off their second shocking upset of the season when they took down third ranked Michigan State 40-29. The Boilermakers completely controlled the second half of this game as they took a commanding 37-21 lead midway through the fourth quarter. Michigan State responded by quickly moving down the field and scoring a touchdown to cut the lead to 37-29. Purdue then put together a lengthy drive and kicked a field goal with under a minute left, putting the game out of reach for Michigan State. With the win, Michigan State loses their first game of the season and Purdue beats a top 5 team as an unranked team for the 17th time.
