Ducati gear shifter mechanism spring replacement and shifter setting.

Replacing the gear shifter mechanism springs, then fitting and setting the gear shifter mechanism. For some reason, this took me longer than expected and was somewhat annoying. I'm not sure if the plate under the M6 and M8 screws that hold the mechanism in - which used to be simple washers before the "upgrade" was made - allows the mechanism to move somewhat unless they're tighter then just nipped. Don't know. I've not done many of them. Just seemed more frustrating than usual.
