It is a Full body long holds practice - deep yin with Music. And it is a 60 minute yin yoga no props sequence - so, just roll your mat ;) Always remember with deep yin yoga poses (with yin yoga extra long holds approach) you should be gentle with yourself and if it is getting too intensive - close the pose earlier or choose a more mild modification of the pose. Reboot your nerve system with this yin yoga relax sequence!
