Let's Review my Crocheted Triangle Shawl! Easy Pattern included!

New crochet triangle shawl review! May garden flowers! 5/31/2024

Today’s video is mostly about crochet!

After completing four shawls (all which were gifts), I finally crocheted a triangle shawl for myself. Five shawls, that’s one every month! The pattern I used is below, but I modified it by crocheting around the post instead of through the topstitch which created a beautiful ribbing design.

Because I completed a project, I did my celebratory dance!

I also began a new crocheted blanket with Canon Jumbo Ombré using the crosshatch pattern (pattern below), which is customizable. I am making a large queen size blanket because I need an easy late night project to work on. This pattern is beautiful and repeats just one row! I used a 100% acrylic yarn called Big Twist, maybe I got it at Michael, could’ve been Hobby Lobby. Shrug. Enjoy the hunt if you’re looking for it! haha! (it was Joanne after all! haha! they sent me an advert email and had it listed!)

I acknowledge that green is my color this year since I’ve done two green shawls and started a green blanket. Whenever I’m yarn shopping, green always most appealing. Anyone know color psychology?

Lastly, I do a quick tour of my flower garden as it seems to be changing daily and it’s absolutely gorgeous! I’m so proud of how it looks! The ombré coneflowers have bloomed as well as a single black eyed Susan. The hostess are showing their lavender colored blooms. And my daylily is 4 feet tall!
