Ingredients:

Lilva - 100gms
Dessicated coconut - 1 tbsp
Ginger green chilli - 1:1
Sugar - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Garam masala - 1 tsp

For dough
Maida - 2 cups
Salt to taste
Oil - 1 tsp
Lemon juice - 1/2 tsp

Recipe:
1. Coarsely grind the Lilva ginger and green chilli.
2. In a pan add oil and add the mixture. Add all the spices mentioned and sauté on high flame.
3. Let it cool down.
4. Make the dough by mixing all the ingredients and rest it for 5 mins.
5. Now make a small puri and put the stuffing in between as shown in the video.
6. Seal from the edges and fry to pinch inwards while going upwards.
7. Deep fry these ghughras on medium high flame until golden brown.

Niru tips:
1. You can skip adding sugar if you want to.
