My Life with an Eating Disorder & Body Dysmorphia * how it ruined my favourite thing in the world*

Hey guys!
Today’s video is very difficult for me to share and I’ve thought about uploading it for a very long time.
I’m sharing part of my story with my eating disorder & body dysmorphia and not realising that I was dealing with a mental illness framed by my story with ballet which was my hobby for many years.
This video is very long and it’s still not the entire story. I just have to keep some things private.
I’m sharing this for awareness. I don’t want to cause any harm, so please check the trigger warnings in the beginning of the video.

It’s been a sad couple of months. The current events in Europe are heartbreaking.
