Our purpose is to provide the direct means for one to live fully present, by stilling the inner chatter of the mind and unveiling the peace and stillness that is already, always present as one's true nature. AHAM offers in-depth training in the conscious process of Self-Inquiry as shared with the world by Ramana Maharshi.

After completing the initial Intensive Self-Inquiry Training (I SIT) program, graduates receive the ongoing guidance and assistance of advanced graduates who are trained to support them in continuing to use the process correctly. This vital support system reinforces one's ability to abide in and express as the pure Awareness of Being or the Awakened Self.
