18-move Taichi Qigong was created using parts of Taichi exercise.
The special thing about Qigong is that the moves are easy to learn and provides better health benefits. When practicing one must observe correct posture and do the movements slowly and evenly. Match oneʼs breath with oneʼs movements in order to treat ailments and improve physical health.
