Ex- Florida Refuse: Mack MR McNeilus Rear Load Garbage Truck~ 1000 Subscriber Special

Here is in my opinion, one of the most interesting trucks I have run across. When I was younger I used to look at Florida Refuse's trucks on Alan’s(FormerWMdriver) Flickr account, thinking their logo looked really unique, I had always wanted to be able to see one in person. A few years ago Axel had actually taken a picture from outside of his school, however it was far enough away to not be able to see the old logo, however seeing as the color wasn’t “Robertson brown” I had an inclination of it being an old Florida Refuse truck. Fast forward to the day this was filmed, Will and I were just about done filming for the day, but decided to try one last neighborhood before we gave up and went back. To our excitement we found this truck, a 2005 Mack MR McNeilus rear loader collecting a route of tubs and carts and almost immediately were able to see the old Florida Refuse logo underneath. The crew unfortunately wasn’t thrilled with the idea of filming, even getting this much was a stretch. When we were look for other trucks a few months later in the same area we stumbled across the same truck again and tried to film it again, but that time it was an outright “No”. While this is the last footage you will see of this truck from me, I am nonetheless very excited to be able to post this video. The last thing I will say about this truck is how abnormally high the step is, I’d say it was at a minimum, 6 inches higher than normal. Something the helper mentioned, and complained about being a safety issue several times while we were filming.
