My cornflake marshmallow treats recipe is easy and delicious! This recipe was also a good example of how sometimes you have to adjust recipes. As predicted, I had to use more marshmallows than I had already planned. Sometimes you definitely need to go with your instincts in the kitchen and change recipes on the fly when things just don't seem right.

Cornflake Marshmallow Treats Recipe
6 cups cornflakes cereal (240g)
14 oz miniature marshmallows (400g) *I started out with 10 oz, then added more
1 stick butter, unsalted (113g)
1/8 teaspoon salt
Highly Recommend:
1/8-1/4 extra salt, sprinkled on top of finished bars
Optional:
1 teaspoon vanilla
