About Keratoconus
Keratoconus (ker-uh-toe-KOH-nus) occurs when your cornea (the clear, dome-shaped front surface of your eye) thins and gradually bulges outward into a cone shape


About Patient
Mr. Sobuj Debnath (26) is from Chittagong, Bangladesh.
He had been suffering from a corneal problem called 'Keratoconus' in both eyes for last 10 years.
His Left Eye has an advanced Keratoconus and its Cornea is beyond repair. Therefore he will be required to undergo a Corneal Transplant for his Left Eye.

In this video, the patient's right eye's Keratoconus is being treated by 'INTACS + C3R (CXL) procedure to stop the progress of Keratoconus and to achieve some extent of vision correction.
