Rear Shocks Information - Thumpstar (DNM, GPX and VS1 Pit Bike)

Two tpes of swing arms: Triangle swing arm – don’t use a 250-pound spring than a modern swing arm. A modern swing arm will use a 1000-pound spring. A DNM rear shock is common and can be used to a Honda CR50. Measurement: diameter: 60mm; center point to the center point on the other side: 250mm (eye to eye)
1000 pound swing – Measurement: eye to eye length: 285mm (varies from 280mm to 310mm); diameter: 69mm; bolt: 10mm; 20mm width of the top and bottom shock mount
DNM – It is similar to the MSX. These shocks could be expensive
GPX – one of the cheapest of the shocks. Eye to eye: 295mm
