Replacing your Oxygen (Lambda) Sensor

How to remove and replace a fairly seized oxygen (lambda) sensor on a 2001 to 2008 Peugeot 307 with the 1.4 litre petrol engine using an oxygen sensor removal and thread chaser kit.
