Shoutout ‪@tjibbegaastra‬ for bringing Zulu burpees to my attention, and for King Jabar ( ‪@Gfitactive‬ ) for inventing the Zulu burpee, as far as I can tell, here:    • G Fit Active Prison Burpees  . A single Zulu burpee entails 15 pushups (or 'pumps' as we call them), separated by movements including kick-ins and running plank (e.g., "Navy SEAL" burpees).

My objective for this session was to complete as many rounds of the following exercises in 60 minutes. I almost completed five rounds when time was up, and then finished out the fifth round in about 62 minutes total.

Each round is:
7 Zulu burpees
10 pullups
20 dips

This was TOUGH for me; a very humbling workout. The pullups felt like "break time", but everything else was excruciatingly challenging for me. The dips, on top of the burpees, gave me one of the best tricep burnouts I have felt in a long time though. Tjibbe getting thru 11 rounds (see    • Ready For Destruction? | 11 Rounds Of...   ) of this in under two hours seems all the more incredible to me now.
