Join me for this quick but effective ab strengthener! We will work for just under 10 minutes to lean and strengthen your midsection and obliques and we are doing it without planks! This ab workout will include 6 exercises we will work each exercise once through with a full range of motion and then once through while pulsing! This workout is beginner friendly all the way to advanced because I will off modifications throughout and you can use a dumbbell to increase intensity accordingly!

ABS WORKOUT STRUCTURE AND EXERCISES
OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT
- DUMBBELL- I used 10lbs / 4.5kg
- EXERCISE MAT

STRUCTURE
6 TOTAL EXERCISES
2 TIMES THROUGH EACH
1 SET OF FULL ROM AND 1 SET OF PULSE VARIATIONS
WORK: 30 SECONDS REST: 15 SECONDS

- DEAD BUG WITH SINGLE ARM HOLD AND OPPOSITE LEG LOWER | PULSE THE LEG
- SWITCH SIDES | PULSE THE LEG
- CRUNCH | CRUNCH PUSLE
- EXTEND AND REACH (OPPOSITE ARM TO LEG) CROSS BODY CRUNCH | PULSE UPPER BODY WITH LEG EXTENDED
- SWITCH SIDES | PULSES
- RUSSIAN TWIST | 5 PULSES ON ONE SIDE, 5 PULSES ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE
