尖不辣别名是榴莲蜜或小波罗蜜。它和榴莲一样,是吃多了容易上火的温性水果。但偏偏它们的盛产季,却是马来西亚天气最炎热的月份。其实,大自然里蕴藏着大智慧只要适量的吃当季蔬果是可以帮助我们的身体顺应转季的气候。虽说这款蛋糕食材简单做法也容易,但要做得好的话需要注意一些小细节。

刚烤好的蛋糕吃起来外酥内软,香甜的尖不辣搭上了浓郁的黄油味。还有那烤到微焦的外皮果肉,再配上一杯黑咖啡。真的是很满足的一个下午茶。
