If you are using a pressure cooker just reduce the time by 70%. The time depends on the size of the meat. But you’re looking at a minimum of 2.5 to 3 hours. Just check to see if the meat is fork tender. That just means that when you stick a fork in the meat it should just fall off the fork. Or you can just do what we do and try a piece.
