Ingredients | 材料

Chicken Wings 25-30 pieces | 雞翼 25-30 隻
Belacan 40g | 馬來棧 40 克
Garlic 3 cloves | 蒜頭 3 隻
Shallots 2 lobes | 蔥頭 2 隻
Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp | 蠔油 1 湯匙
Light soy sauce 1tbsp | 生抽 1 湯匙
Sesame oil 1 tsp | 麻油 1 茶匙
Sugar 2 tsp | 糖 2 茶匙
Curry powder 1 tsp | 咖哩粉 1 茶匙
Egg white 1 egg | 蛋白 1 隻
Starch 4 tsp | 澱粉 4 茶匙

NOTE if air frying or baking, add some oil to either the marinade or lightly dust the wings with oil before starting to bake.
