The Utsunomiya Light Rail, also known as the Haga-Utsunomiya LRT or LightLine, is a new-build light rail system in Utsunomiya. It runs primarily in the median of a city street within the urban part of Utsunomiya before running on a brand new light rail alignment for most of the remainder of the route.

The line serves industrial areas, a large mall, multiple universities, and the city's main railway station, and is known for being packed in both directions during rush hour. It also has passing tracks to allow for express service and platforms are provisioned for longer vehicles once the national law regulating the length of street-running trams is revised. A western extension further into the historic city core of Utsunomiya is also planned.

This video features footage from Hiraishi, where the depot is located, as well as Tobiyama Castle Site on the other side of the Kinugawa River and the new Yuinomori area.
