Hi! My name is Olivia Hops and welcome to my video! In this week's video, I talk about Autistic Shutdowns. I go through what they are, what causes them, symptoms of them, and my person experience with them. I also go over autistic shutdowns vs. autistic meltdowns.

Remember, no two autistic people are alike, so if you experience shutdowns differently than how I do or how I talk about them in this video, don't worry! This does NOT make your shutdown experiences any less valid.
