料理玉米筍前,建議對半切開,使調味更入味。

玉米筍-150g、蒜末-3小瓣、辣椒末-5g、青蔥-1小支

調味
鹽-½茶匙、白胡椒粉-½茶匙、花椒粉-¼茶匙

步驟
(1) 將玉米筍對半切,再以中火熱水汆燙2分鐘後,起鍋瀝乾備用。

(2) 中火熱鍋,放入1湯匙的食用油,放入蒜末、辣椒末及蔥白末拌炒至香氣呈現。

(3) 放入玉米筍拌勻,再放入所述調味拌勻,起鍋前放入蔥綠末拌勻即可。

Ingredients
150g baby corn, 3 cloves minced garlic, 5g minced chili pepper, 1 chopped green onion

Seasoning
½ tsp salt, ½ tsp ground white pepper, ¼ tsp Sichuan peppercorn powder

Instructions
(1) Cut the baby corn into half. Boil a pot of water over medium heat, add the baby corn and cook for 2 minutes, then set aside.

(2)Heat the pan over medium heat, pour 1 Tbsp cooking oil. Add minced garlic, minced chili pepper and chopped white part of green onion, then stir fry until the aroma is present.

(3) Add the baby corn and stir well, then seasoning with salt, ground white pepper and Sichuan peppercorn powder. Add chopped green part of green onion and stir well. Enjoy!
