Ingredients:
400g mascarpone
200g whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
50g sugar
8g instant coffee
10g sugar
100ml hot water
Boudoir biscuits (ladyfingers) for two layers
Cocoa powder

Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine 400g of mascarpone, 200g of whipping cream, 1 tsp vanilla extract, and 50g of sugar.
Whisk the mixture until smooth and fluffy, being careful not to overwhip.

In a small bowl, dissolve 8g of instant coffee and 10g of sugar in 100ml of hot water and let it cool

Dip the boudoir biscuits briefly into the coffee mixture and line the bottom of your dish with a layer of dipped biscuits.

Spread half of the mascarpone cream evenly over the first layer of boudoir biscuits.

Dip more boudoir biscuits in the coffee and place them on top of the mascarpone cream.

Spread the remaining mascarpone cream evenly over the second layer of boudoir biscuits.

Dust with cocoa powder
Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder for a rich finish.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
