Regularly wash your hair daily with shampoo to remove dirt and oil and to prevent scalp Infection.
Overnight massage with warm oil
Choose a shampoo and conditioner for your hair type.
Wash hair by rubbing shampoo into the length of your hair.
Gently massage shampoo into your scalp. while rinsing the shampoo let it flow through the length of your hair and dont rub it into hair.
Use conditioner after every shampoo. It should be applied on the tips of the hair and not on the scalp or length of the hair. Avoid hot water shower as it will make hair dry, brittle and dull. it strips protective oils. Lukewarm Water is preferred. final rinse hair with cold water.
Wrap your hair in a towel to absorb the water. Let your hair air dry.
Dont Dry your hair by rubbing it with a towel as it can cause hair damage but rather use cotton cloth. BLOW DRYING will make your hair brittle and dry. use blow-dryer sparingly and use warm setting OR LOWEST HEAT SETTING instead of a hot setting. Brush your hair in same direction of blow-drying and use the brush to pull your hair straight for smoother results. move your blow-dryer from roots to ends to prevent frizz. Avoid using blow dryers, curling rods.
Do not brush wet hair as they are weaker and more likely to break. use wide tooth comb and bush with ball-tipped bristles. brush less to limit Hair Loss
Don't believe myth about 100 brush strokes a day. Too much brushing will snap off hairs.
Don't Treat Dandruff With Oils. Rubbing oil into the scalp can make it worse. Shampoos with medicine are the best fix Leave the shampoo on for 5 minutes to soak into your scalp. Be sure to rinse thoroughly.
Protect Hair From the Sun ​as it can dry out hair, especially if it's colour-treated
