Is Wally a BAD RIVAL in Pokémon?

Out of all the rivals in the series, Wally has always been one of the most fascinating ones to me. To a lot of people, he feels simply... uneeded, a pit of wasted potential within the gen 3 storyline. To others, his character arc is one of the best in the franchise, and genuinely inspiring. This video was made with this debate in mind: I tried to dissect what makes Wally, well, Wally, as well as how much better ORAS made him, before finally trying to answer the question about whether or not he is a good rival within the pokémon franchise.
