MATERIALS NEEDED
- Sturdy paper or card stock
- 1 cup flour
- 3 cups shaving cream
- 1 cup white glue (PVA)
- Food coloring or liquid watercolors
- Plastic bags (such as sandwich bags or piping bags)

INSTRUCTIONS
