Meal planning is a homemaker MUST. I can confidently say that meal planning makes my life easier, keeps us within our budget, and produces better meals for our family. Join me as I share our dinners of the week. We're making Instant Pot beans and rice (a very frugal, but satisfying meal), ambrosia salad with lemon pepper chicken, homemade hamburger helper, pizza, and baked potato skins. My daughter also makes dessert.
