Cooking tambo-tambong, making breakfast, sea of clouds, rainy days in the countryside

Описание к видео Cooking tambo-tambong, making breakfast, sea of clouds, rainy days in the countryside

It’s officially rainy season in my country.
I cooked fried rice or ‘kinirog’ in my language and harvested pakbet chilies(not spicy), chinese malunggay and eggplants for my lunch. I grilled the eggplants with the chillies and blanched the chinese malunggay in a boiling water. I made tomato-onion and bagoong sauce for the vegetables. It rained as I eat my lunch.
I wentt to the market to grind the whole glutinous rice grains to make tambo-tambong(Ilocano) or ginataang bilo-bilo for the Tagalogs. The Bisaya people call it binignit. I grated carrots and pandas leaves and got the liquid to give color to the ground glutinous rice. It’s so good to eat such food for the rainy season. I hope you like our video for today. Mabuhay!
