EASY and HEALTHY Chicken Vegetable Stir Fry | Gluten Free | Chinese Cooking. This chicken vegetable stir fry poked by Aunty Mary is simple, easy, healthy and delicious. It is also GLUTEN FREE. Aunty Mary shows how to cook this dish easily at home. This dish is not spicy even though there are red chillies in it. That’s because the seeds had been removed. The red chillies give a slight hint of spiciness which is not noticeable.

Ingredients

6 chicken thigh meat, cut into bite size portions
1/2t salt
1 Tbsp corn starch
1 Tbsp cooking wine

3 pcs spring onion, cut into short lengths
1 small piece of ginger, sliced
1 small carrot, sliced
1 small green pepper, de-seeded and cut
1 small yellow pepper, de-seeded and cut
3 red chillies, de-seeded and cut
250g mushrooms, cut

Seasoning sauce

1 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp corn starch
1 Tbsp cooking wine
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 C water
