2 spring onions with leeks
1 small capsicum, diced
1 small carrot, diced (optional)
1 cup cooked rice (refrigerate rice for at least 1/2 an hour before stir-frying)
1 tbsp vinegar
1/2 tsp freshly crushed peppercorns

Sauces -
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp red/green chilli sauce
1 tsp oyster sauce
